LC4 chaise longue by Le Corbusier, first designed in collaboration with Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand in 1928 for Cassina.
Black lacquered steel and polished chrome-plated steel frame with adjustable reclining mechanism. This model is upholstered in brown and white spotted cowhide.
Signed “Le Corbusier, G. Jeanneret, Ch. Perriand,” “Cassina,” “LC4,” and serial number 91799, on the dial at the top of the backrest.
