Lots are sold without guaranties or recourse and « as is ». The Fine Art auctioneer’s decisions are final (all informations are approximate). Items purchased at the auction must be paid for immediately. A charge of 25% over and above the hammer price, as well as taxes (when applicable) are added to all lots purchased at the auction.

ABSENTEE BIDS
The Fine Art auctioneer and the experts will be pleased to execute absentee bids free of charge for those who are unable to attend the auction. Bids may be placed by mail, Internet, telephone or fax, before 6pm, the day of the auction, please.
