BOL EN PORCELAINE «BLEU ET BLANC» À DÉCOR DE PIVOINES CHINE, MARQUE ET ÉPOQUE DAOGUANG (1821-1850) De forme évasée, reposant sur un pied annulaire, l'extérieur peint en son centre d'une frise de rinceaux feuillagés et fleuris de pivoines qu'encadrent une frise géométrique sur la lèvre et une frise de motifs en forme de champignons de longévité (lingzhi) sur le pied. La pivoine est la fleur impériale. Elle est l'incarnation de la richesse et du rang. Pour une paire de bols à décor similaire, se référer au lot 212 de la vente Christie's Londres du 16 Mai 2010. A BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN PEONY BOWL CHINA, DAOGUANG MARK AND PERIOD (1821-1850) Resting on a circular foot and rising to a flared rim, the exterior enameled in his center with a frieze of peony scrolls flanked by two friezes, one geometrical on the rim, the other with lingzhi fungus-shape designs on the foot.
