OSTENSOIR / MONSTRANCE
Monstrance with quadripod base in silver plated metal. The lunula used to display the consecrated host is framed by twenty-three transparent rhinestones. The whole is encircled by two cherubs on the upper part and two others on the left and right. The underside displays a cluster of grapes, leaves and wheat, referring to the body and blood of Christ. A radiance encircles the whole. There are eighteen rays. The whole is surmounted by a braided Latin cross. The body is decorated with leaves, flourishes and cherubs. The foot displays on the main face an Agnus Dei on a Bible. The lateral sides display clusters of grapes. The back displays a triangle, symbol of the Holy Trinity. The feet are in the shape of a feline's paw.
